Submarine Rescue Mother Ship (MOSHIP) Project
Objective:
With respect to the requirements of Turkish Naval Forces Command, acquisition of a Submarine Rescue Mother Ship, capable of rescuing the crew of a damaged submarine, towing broken down, wrecked ships and performing underwater repair works and wreck removal.
Scope:
Acquisition of 1 Submarine Rescue Mother Ship from Turkey.
Project Model:
Local design and construction at Turkish private shipyards.
Prime Contractor:
İstanbul Denizcilik Gemi İnşa Sanayi A.Ş.
