Purpose

To verify the products by taking into account functionality, reliability, maintainability, safety and availability performance factors,
To fulfill the requirements of the product in accordance with the Technical Specifications during the Contract Management phase,
To procure the product and to test, analyze, design, control, document, verify, identify the quality factors during the Implementation process of Contract Management,
To accomplish the “Certification” activities and to perform the “Test/Product–Service Acceptance Transactions”

Objectives

TO IMPLEMENT THE ACTIVITIES IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TEST-ACCEPTANCE AND CERTIFICATION ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED IN NATO AND OTHER DEVELOPED COUNTRIES’ DEFENSE PROJECTS
TO CONSTITUTE A SUITABLE ORGANIZATION COMPLYING WITH THE INTERNATIONAL NORM AND STANDARDS THAT WOULD SATISFY THE AIRWORTHINESS AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OF AIR VEHICLES IN TURKEY AND TO PERFORM RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR PILOT PROGRAMS.
TO MAINTAIN A SYSTEM RELATED TO TEST AND CERTIFICATION PROCESS WHICH COMPLIES WITH THE INTERNATIONAL NORM AND STANDARDS IN LOCAL COMPANIES-INSTUTIONS
TO DETERMINE THE CAPABILITIES OF THE COMPANIES/INSTITUTIONS IN TURKEY WHICH COULD PERFORM THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS AND QUALIFICATION TESTS AND TO SET FORTH METHODS THAT DECREASES DEPENDENCY TO EXTERNAL FACTORS
TO OPTIMIZE THE PROJECT TEST/ACCEPTANCE ACTIVITIES IN ORDER TO ADJUST THE PRODUCT AND SERVICE ACCEPTANCE ACTIVITIES SUITABLE WITH THE PROCUREMENT MODEL
