Mr. Ismail TOHUMCU who has been working for Undersecreteriat for Defense Industries since 1991, graduated from the Middle East Technical University, Department of Statistics in 1983 and completed his M. Sc. degree at the same department in 1987. Having completed his MBA degree at the National University-USA, in 1997. Mr.TOHUMCU has been continuing to work as the Deputy Undersecretary for Defense Industries since 1999.
