Duties and Responsibilities
Outlining the career and workforce plans of the Undersecretariat as well as working on the human resources policy and providing input,
Conducting job analyses in order to identify the right number of employees for the Undersecretariat to present its services more effectively and efficiently, determining the job decriptions for the recruits,
Preparing, implementing and following up the orientation and training programs to enhance the productivity of the employees and to set them for promotion prospects,
Improving the productivity and effectiveness of the employees by means of preparing, implementing and following up the programs for training and education opportunities both in Turkey and abroad,
Arranging social activities in order to maintain institutional loyalty for the employees,
Fulfilling any other duties assigned by the Department Head.
