Duties and Responsibilities

• Carrying out employee recruitment, transfer, performance evaluation, payment, and retirement procedures.
• Implementing all legal regulations concerning the staff, including the selection criteria of the recruits and identifying the superiors (both for discipline and performance evaluation) of the employees.
• Making all arrangements for the temporary assignments of the employees both in the country and abroad,
• Fulfilling any other duties assigned by the Department Head.
