Visiting Turkey as invitee of Gen. Ergin SAYGUN Second Chief of Staff, General-Polkovnik Necmeddin SADIKOV and his delegation paid a visit to Undersecretary Murad BAYAR on 22 November 2007. A meeting held with the participation of representatives of the firms during the visit and a briefing on Undersecretariat and Turkish Defence Industry was presented.
