Undersecretariat for Defense Industries (SSM) plans to procure 3 (three) Medium Altitude Air Defence Missile Systems to meet the Turkish Land Forces Command's requirements.

In this regard, Request for Information (RFI) is issued by SSM to gather administrative, financial and technical information from relevant companies, for planning purposes of the Program.

The companies who are willing to receive the RFI will inform SSM about their intention by sending an e-mail including their company name and address to ‘t-maladmis@ssm.gov.tr '.

Provided that the application is approved by SSM, the electronic copy of the RFI for the T-MALADMIS Program will be submitted to the authorized personnel of the companies or by their authorized representative(s) in Türkiye by hand.

The authorized personnel of the company, who will apply to SSM to get the RFI, shall submit to SSM his original authorization letter which is notary attested. Notary attested bio-data of authorized representative(s) and scope of representation shall be submitted to SSM in order for the representative(s) to receive the RFI. SSM will evaluate such notary attested documents within 2 (two) working days and the company will be informed by SSM of the evaluation result.

The companies who receive the RFI shall notify SSM in writing about their intention to respond or not to the RFI, until April 30th 2007. The Companies shall send their responses to the addresses referred to in the RFI until June 1st, 2007. SSM kindly encourages relevant companies to respond to the RFI and thanks in advance for their interest.
