Scope of RFI
  In the scope of Coastal Surveillance Radar System (CSRS) Project, which is executed by Undersecretariat for Defence Industries of Turkey (SSM) to meet the needs of Turkish Coast Guard Command, establishment of an integrated system is planned in order to provide surveillance of Turkish coasts by means of Radar, Electro-Optics, DF and AIS. Within this frame, a Request for Information (RFI) document is being issued for the purpose of acquiring administrative, financial and technical information from the companies that would like to take part in the Project.

RFI  Delivery Conditions and Requested Documents
  RFI on CSRS Project will be sent via e-mail in electronic media to the companies that evaluated by SSM as appropriate upon the company request via e-mail with the filled Company Information Scheme/Form.
 
RFI Delivery Shape/Form and Dates:
  The due date for RFI document application is  May 30, 2008 until 17:00 o’clock.
RFI will be sent via electronic media.

Other Issues

  Answers to the RFI shall be submitted to SSM, as declared within the RFI, until  August 1, 2008 . SSM, with her own discretion, is free to make necessary changes to RFI and alter the due date. Release of this notification and/or RFI shall not constitute any commitment for an issuance of RFP about issues mentioned within the RFI or for bidding. 

  SSM, at her own discretion, will evaulate the RFI answers, within the framework of Confidenciality, Industrial Property Rights and Commercial in Confidence principles, without undertaking any responsibility. In case of answering to this notification or RFI, any rights shall not be claimed from SSM.
