Scope of RFI:

It is planned to procure 1 ea. Mobile NBC Field Laboratory that TLFC (Turkish Land Forces Command) requires for detection and identification of the nuclear, biological, chemical agents and poisonous industrial agents which are available in theatre. This RFI is issued for gathering technical, administrative and financial information from the companies which are willing to participate in this project.

Delivery terms of RFI and Required Documents:

The companies which had made the integration of Mobile NBC Field Laboratory and/or CBRN Reconnaissance Vehicle before and/or had sold Mobile NBC Field Laboratory and/or CBRN Reconnaissance Vehicle to a customer before or the companies which are specialized in NBC domain can receive this RFI. 

This RFI will be delivered via hard copy and/or e-mail, to an authorized member(s) of the company or representative(s) of the potential companies in Turkey who is authorized by the company in written. 

Original authorization certificate which will contain the identification information of the company’s member will be presented to SSM.

For the receipt of this RFI by the representative(s), it is mandatory to submit the  representation certificate  which contains the scope of representation and identification information of the authorized personnel for representation.  

This RFI can be received until 11 August 2008, 5:00 pm.

RFI Delivery Procedure and Dates:

RFI will be delivered to companies from 28 July 2008 to 11 August via hard copy and/or e-mail.
