Department Task and Responsibilities

• To meet rockets-missiles and ammunition requirements of the Turkish Armed Forces through cost-effective acquisition models considering performance and schedule expectations of the end user,
• To promote an internationally competitive defense industry, which can deliver local solutions in line with the technological advancements
• To make feasibility studies, to issue requests for information/requests for proposal, to evaluate proposals, to negotiate contracts and to carry out projects pursuant to contracts, to achieve the foregoing.
