Objective : Procurement of AB-412EP helicopter for Turkish Coast Guard Command.

Status : After valued at US$47.2 million contract for five AB-412EP helikopters was signed and was later modified to include four more platforms.The temporary acceptance of the first two hwlicopters took place in June ’02, a thirty month delay experienced in the contracted start of deliveries, in Italy. The last helicopter of Phase I was delivered to the TCGC on December 3.’04. As a result of delays experienced in the deliveries was reguisted to pay as much as US$8 Million in penalties to the SSM.
