Objective : Procurement of Light Transport Aircraft for Turkish Air Forces Commnand

Scope : Procurement of 52 aircraft

Prime/Sub Contractor : CASA (Spain)/ TAI-TuAF 2nd Air Supply and Maintenance Centre .

Status : Co-production of 50 aircraft was realized by TAI and CASA at TAI facilities .2nd Air Supply and Maintenance Centre of the Turkish Air Force was selected as sub-contractor to TAI. In the framework of a 7-phase programme, all the structural parts, except landing gears of the aircraft , were manufactured at TAI facilities.
