Status : Request for Information was issued on 6 April 2007 to gather administrative, financial and technical information from related companies who may be willing to participate for the project activities. The deadline for the submission of RFI responses was 10 August 2007. After the evaluation of the RFI responses, Request for Proposal (RFP) document will be released.
