Objective:   The basic aim was the timely supply of command and control data at the headquarters of the Turkish Armed Forces, in the required format for the command and conducting of the units, along with the preparation and the design of a “C2I System (OKKBS) Master Plan” that will meet the information processing, hardware, software, personnel and associated requirements. Preparation of the “Architectural Design” and “Operational Requirements” documentation is completed and studies regarding the preparation of specifications, evaluation, production, test, assembly, management, training and software development are under way.
