Objective:  This project aimed at the development of methodologies leading to improved productivity and quality in software at national and multinational levels. Turkey participated in “PCTE+”, a joint technology project carried out by Independent European Programme Group (IEPG) and fulfilled its responsibilities. The project has yielded extensive knowledge and the development of a software tool operative in “PCTE+” environment.
