Objective:   Initiated as an R&D Programme of Land Forces Command under the name “Panther” the project is supported by MKEK (ÇelikSan, ÇanSaş, MakSan), together with the 1011th and 1013^th Ordnance Main Depot Commands. The 155 mm/52 Cal Towed Howitzer is expected to replace the 203 mm Howitzers and 115 mm M114 Towed Howitzers, as the Corps General Support Artillery System. With 2 prototypes already produced and tested, the project is at the series production stage.
